Music@ISM

Music is an integral part of the ISM curriculum in ES, MS and HS. In addition, there is a healthy after school program in the ES and MS where students can further specialize. HS Students can extend their commitment by applying for membership to the Tri-M Music Honor Society and/or auditioning for IASAS Music. ISM is also a Member of the Association for Music in International Schools (AMIS) and regularly has students selected to participate in these selective festivals. No matter what level of experience a child has, they will have at least one opportunity to showcase their talents as all classes participate in at least one concert or recital a year, with most engaging in two.
